After much consideration (many years of workshops, trainings, books, and heartfelt, green-tea-induced conversations that pose the question- why are you here?…what is your purpose?…really?)–


I’ve discovered my deepest commitment is to health and wellness,

from a place of balance and compassion.

So, what does that really mean?  To me, it means–

Health- taking care of your physical body (how you move it, sit in it, walk in it, dance in it, how high of heels you wear, or don’t wear, what you eat and drink, and what you don’t eat and drink, sounds easy enough, right?….More to come on this later:)

Wellness- If you refer to Wikipedia, wellness “is generally used to mean a healthy balance of the mind, body and spirit that results in an overall feeling of well-being

I’d like to take it one step further, to me, wellness means:


**Loving yourself

**Exploring your truth, your most authentic way of BE-ING, your true nature.

And then, cultivating practices and habits which support YOU, allowing yourself to continually come back to your most authentic, inspired Self. To achieve true wellness, my belief is that we must consciously set ourselves up for success in all these areas.

And with that said, I’m headed to my mat:)
