Nicole's magic is her ability to intuitively weave a myriad of thoughtfully curated classes into your time on retreat- spanning from an all-levels, soulful & fluid Vinyasa flow style yoga during the morning sessions and a Slow flow & Restorative style of yoga in the later afternoons. As Nicole tunes into the group- her teachings, wisdom, yogic philosophy, humor, heart & story-telling always land perfectly to serve, hold & inspire those who arrive ready to receive the many benefits of a loving & compassionate retreat experience.
This April 24-28th 2024 retreat, is Nicole's 4th annual yoga retreat to Lumeria Maui.
What a gift it is to be cooked and cleaned for and without any real to-do lists other than nourishing yourself. Nicole's retreat groups in the past love Lumeria Maui's saltwater pool & hot tub, and the bodywork sessions at Lumeria.
Can you see yourself relaxing into 3 farm-to-table meals a day??... with the best fresh and local ingredients served at Lumeria’s full service restaurant- The Wooden Crate.
Three yoga sessions will be accompanied by Andrea Walls- a talented musician, sound healer and overall beautiful human (she’s lived in Maui for 20 years:). You're in for a treat! Andrea plays the Crystal Sound Healing bowls as well as the violin and the Mbira- a traditional instrument from Zimbabwe. The Mbira is a sacred instrument used for healing & to connect with the ancestors. It can take you into a deep healing state that promotes relaxation & getting touch with your inner guidance. Crystal bowls are very powerful for clearing, energy flow & alignment. She also uses the Rain stick & chimes.
Bask in the freedom to nap, play, swim, lay in a hammock or chill by the pool, soak in the jacuzzi, go for a stroll, read, journal...dream, reflect, connect and disconnect.

Alcohol is not included, Wine/Beer available on-site. Spa services available. Retreat deposits are non-refundable; in the event of cancellation made prior to March 1st, 2024 your entire payment will be refunded less the $750 deposit. If you join us AFTER March 15th, please submit payment in FULL.
*Note on booking: the $750 deposit for your room is non-refundable. Final payment is due 45 days before trip begins March 13th 2024 and is also non-refundable. We offer small, high-impact retreats and simply need to ensure we are supported to make this possible for all who join. FAQ
Where will we practice yoga at Lumeria Maui?
Lucky for us- there's a beautiful, spacious outdoor yoga deck for us to practice on. We will practice yoga both indoors and outdoors.
WHAT SHOULD I PACK and how can I prepare for a Yoga RetREAT?
*Sunscreen, hats and layers of clothing will be good things to pack so we can make friends with whatever the elements bring us.
To get the most out of the retreat experience, it’s wonderful to arrive having nourished yourself with nutrient dense food, plenty of water, daily movement & good quality sleep leading up to the retreat. This all helps us to stay in good health so we can really receive the magic of the retreat experience.
DOES LUMERIA’s RESTAURANT WELCOME MODIFICIATIONS FOR FOOD ALLERGIES and PREFERENCES?
Lumeria Maui has been very easy to work with around any dietary preferences. Simply send me your requests beforehand and I send them in to the head chef and it's all taken care of. Feel free to send them to me before you sign up and I can confirm we can accomodate them all.
WHERE DO I FLY IN AND OUT OF?
Book your flights into and out of Kahului, Maui Airport (OGG).
WHAT TIME IS CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT OF LUMERIA MAUI?
Check in as at 3pm on Wednesday April 24th 2023.
If you arrive early on Wednesday, April 24th, Lumeria can hold your bags at the front desk up to 2 hours before your room is available, or - check out one of the many great beaches, restaurants and shopping areas in both Paia and Makawao before checking in to Lumeria.
