Expect a well-balanced All-Levels Vinyasa Flow class, mediation, movement, a light introduction to the realm of embodiment and somatics, some journaling and a long savasana for deep nourishing rest. So much goodness and clarity can be achieved when we Center around what we truly want to create in this precious life!
